Clarifying the Fates of the Missing and Finding the Bodies of the Deceased is the Most Urgent Issue, Says Artsakh President
On December 14, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan participated in the welcoming ceremony for an airplane carrying 44 military and civilian prisoners returning home in Yerevan.
“I had a brief meeting with our compatriots who have returned home, emphasizing that their long wait for homecoming should now transform into a process of rapid recovery and integration into public life. On behalf of the authorities of Artsakh, I expressed my willingness to invest all efforts in this endeavor,” wrote the Artsakh president.
“I reaffirm that clarifying the fates of all our missing compatriots, finding the bodies of the deceased, and handing them over to their relatives remain the most urgent issues on our agenda,” he added.
