Crucial Days, Every Minute is Important to Take Action: Arzrun Hovhannisyan

Crucial days are underway; this is not an ordinary war, wrote Arzrun Hovhannisyan, representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, on his Facebook page.

“Every minute is important to take decisive action. Each of us has a role in this war. We are doomed to win,” Hovhannisyan stated.

Recall that on September 27, Azerbaijani armed forces launched a large-scale attack in Artsakh, targeting also civilian population.
