Today, I received the delegation led by the Archbishop of Tavush, His Grace Bagrat Galstanyan.

Expressing my gratitude to the diocesan leader for being present in Artsakh during this challenging time of war and bringing his support, I emphasized that throughout history, the Armenian Church has always stood by the people and the authorities, and especially in times of crisis, they have overcome all difficulties together.
