System of a Down Supports Armenia and Artsakh
Members of the band System of a Down, Shavo Odadjian and John Dolmayan, held a shirt signing event on October 17 at the St. Leon Armenian Cathedral in Glendale. Hundreds of fans attended the event to meet their favorite rock musicians, and the proceeds from the shirt sales will be donated to the Armenia Fund to support Armenia and Artsakh.
“Thank you to everyone who found the opportunity to join us yesterday. We had an amazing time with you. The love, spirit, and unity I felt were indescribable. For those who wanted to join us but couldn’t, you can order your shirt at silenceisgenocide.com,” Odadjian wrote on his Facebook page, also using the hashtags “Silence Is Genocide,” “Strong Artsakh,” and “Peace for Armenians.”
