Three Russian Airlines Request Permission for Regular Flights to Armenia
Russian airlines NordStar, Ural Airlines, and AZUR air have requested permission for regular flights to Armenia, according to Interfax.
It is reported that Rosaviatsia has announced the first meeting of the interdepartmental commission affiliated with the Ministry of Transport since the COVID-19 pandemic, which allocates permissions for foreign flights.
According to published materials, Russian carriers wish to gain the right to fly not only to countries opened by the government's decrees but also to previously closed countries that are still pending permission.
The commission's meeting is scheduled to take place remotely on September 17.
