Special Regime Established for Entering and Exiting the Administrative Territory of Aygestan Community in Askeran Region
According to a new decision signed by the State Minister of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, on July 25, 2020, a special regime has been established for entering and exiting the administrative territory of the Aygestan community in the Askeran region, the Artsakh Information Headquarters reports.
To ensure the implementation of the special regime, special checkpoints have been established at designated locations by the Artsakh police to monitor the movement of individuals and vehicles.
On July 26, 2020, the Chief of Police of Artsakh, Major General Ashot Hakobjanian, visited the established checkpoint in the mentioned community and provided instructions on-site to police officers performing enhanced service around the clock at the checkpoint.
