First Court Hearing in Case of Vladimir Gasparyan and Others Canceled
The first court hearing in the case of former Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan and others will not take place today.
In a conversation with NEWS.am, one of Gasparyan's defense attorneys, Tigran Atanesyan, mentioned that two of the defense attorneys are in self-isolation and requested to postpone the hearing on that basis.
The staff of Judge Vardan Grigoryan confirmed to us that the hearing will not take place.
It is noteworthy that the case is under the jurisdiction of the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Vardan Grigoryan.
