Public Catering Operations of 9 Facilities Suspended by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor's Decision
Based on violations recorded during regular inspections conducted by the Ministry of Health's food safety inspectors throughout the Republic, the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Armenia has decided to suspend the operations of 9 public catering establishments for 24 hours, effective May 21.
The announcement indicates that these establishments failed to comply with the mandatory requirements set forth by the Chief State Sanitary Doctor, including wearing masks and gloves, maintaining social distancing between tables, measuring customers' temperatures, and adhering to other sanitary and hygienic norms.
