Investigation Launched into the Death of 20-Year-Old Serviceman Henrik Aramyan

On May 19, at approximately 20:30, Private Henrik Aramyan, a conscript serviceman, sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head at a combat position of military unit N.

The Investigative Committee of Armenia reports that an investigation has been initiated under Article 104 (murder) of the Armenian Criminal Code at the primary military investigative division. A preliminary investigation is underway.

Necessary investigative and procedural actions are being taken to ensure a comprehensive, complete, and objective examination of the incident.
