Tbilisi City Hall Ready to Resume Public Transport Operations, Kaladze Says
Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze has announced that the City Hall is ready to resume public transport operations, but is awaiting guidance from sector specialists.
In a conversation with reporters, Kaladze stated that he does not know exactly when public transport in Tbilisi will be restored.
“We are receiving calls regarding the resumption of public transport on the 'hotline.' It is not our decision. We are waiting for instructions from the sector experts. As soon as they tell us that public transport should start operating from today, we are fully prepared for it to begin work. I cannot say when that will be,” Kaladze said.
