Restrictions on Entry and Exit Implemented in Shahumyan Region by Artsakh's Deputy Prime Minister
As per the decision No. 16 issued by the Deputy Prime Minister of Artsakh on May 12, 2020, several restrictions on entering and exiting the Shahumyan region will come into effect starting from 2:00 PM on May 13. This was announced by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
Entry and exit for individuals and vehicles will be prohibited, with exceptions in place.
