COVID-19 Case Registered in Vurtezor, According to Community Head

A 42-year-old man has contracted COVID-19 in the Vurtezor community of the Ararat region. His family has been taken to the hospital. This information was provided to Tert.am by Vurtezor community head Rafik Andreasian.

The community head noted that the man is currently in a medical center along with five family members, including his wife and children. “The source of the infection is not clear. He works at a construction company in the Ararat region. He decided to get tested two days ago,” he stated.

Andreasian also mentioned that the village was already in isolation, but they are now being more cautious.
