At the VTB BANK (ARMENIA) branch in Ijevan, the Earlyone application is disconnected, we cannot get a queue ticket. The ticket machine is placed inside, and you don’t let people in to take a ticket, what are we supposed to do? Especially since you’ve placed the monitoring of order on the janitor. These days, the janitors are managing the ‘crowd’ at the banks. People are crammed nose to nose to get their 26,500 drams. There are about 100 people near this bank alone. P.S. I’ve been coming for 10 days and have been seeing the situation, I leave without making a transaction. This is the situation at almost all banks, the government’s eye is bright.”
