Let’s Help Understand Who and How Can Apply for Social Support Programs: Edmon Marukyan

The Armenian government has approved 10 programs aimed at neutralizing the economic consequences of the coronavirus. A special procedure has been established for applying to social support programs, along with the launch of a platform for receiving applications for one-time financial assistance. This was announced by the leader of the ‘Bright Armenia’ faction, Edmon Marukyan, during a live broadcast on his Facebook page.

“In recent days, we have been receiving numerous calls and messages regarding who can be beneficiaries of these programs and how they can apply for one-time monetary support. Considering the fact that the Armenian government is operating under an extremely heavy workload, the Bright Armenia Party is ready to accept calls and applications for participation in social support programs starting from April 10 of this year and to provide consultations regarding the beneficiaries of the program, the application procedure, and the organization of the necessary documents,” he noted.

“During the pandemic, communication will be conducted remotely and online, adhering to the rules of the state of emergency,” he added.
