Rain Expected, But No Frostbite Risk, Says Gagik Surenyan
Gagik Surenyan, the head of the Emergency Situations Department's "Hydromet" service, reports that rain is forecasted for the upcoming days in Armenia, but it will not interfere with agricultural activities.
“Dear farmers, we expect intermittent rain on March 29-30 and April 1-2, with some pauses. Most importantly, we do not see any risk of frostbite in the republic's valley and pre-mountainous areas where vegetation is present,” he wrote on his Facebook page, advising those involved in agricultural work to plan their activities according to the weather.
