Mikhran Tsarukyan Refuses to Return Money to Diaspora Armenian for Postponed Family Event
Singer Mikhran Tsarukyan has refused to return the $2,000 that a Diaspora Armenian citizen provided as a deposit for him to perform at their family event. According to Narik Mkrtchyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'My Step' faction, the event was canceled due to measures aimed at preventing the spread of the coronavirus.
As the MP notes, Mikhran Tsarukyan and his production team are unwilling to refund the money. The parliament member informed Factor.am that ongoing negotiations have been unsuccessful, with the singer rejecting any obligation to return the funds.
The media outlet attempted to clarify the situation with Mikhran Tsarukyan, but the person who answered the phone stated that he was busy.
