Investigation Committee Established for Building Permits and Kamaz Trucks
On December 5, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, announced the establishment of a parliamentary investigation committee tasked with examining the legality and corruption risks related to contracts for the transfer of vehicles and other assets to the Yerevan municipality. This includes agreements made by various parties since September 2018, as well as the granting of construction permits and licenses.
The decision regarding the number of committee members will be discussed at the upcoming session.
