Saad Hariri Refuses to Lead New Coalition Government
Lebanon's caretaker Prime Minister Saad Hariri has announced that he will not lead the new coalition government. He has called on President Michel Aoun to appoint parliamentary consultations to determine a suitable candidate for the formation of Lebanon's new government.
It is worth mentioning that Hariri had previously tendered his resignation and pledged that he would not assume the position of Prime Minister again.
Protests against the government continue in Lebanon, with revolutionaries demanding the swift formation of a new government and effective action.
