“Joghvorud”: Sanitek Company Declared Bankrupt
“Joghvorud” newspaper reports that it has become known that “Sanitek International” has been declared bankrupt by a ruling of the Bankruptcy Court, and the first meeting of creditors will take place in March of the coming year.
The company owes 500 million drams to “Mosesko” LLC, and the court has granted “Mosesko”’s request. Additionally, on October 29, the auto parts importing and selling company “New Track” also filed a bankruptcy claim against “Sanitek,” whose director, Lyudvig Paronyan, told the newspaper that “Sanitek” owes them 27 million 245 thousand drams as well.
“They are not answering our calls anymore. I am looking for them, but cannot find them… The only hope is the creditors' meeting, where we might be able to meet with the company’s management,” said L. Paronyan. The newspaper has also found out that “Sanitek” is in debt to more than 60 companies.
