Another Brawl Involving Ararat Governor Garik Sargsyan
Another brawl has been recorded involving the Governor of Ararat, Garik Sargsyan. The incident occurred recently in the governor's native community of Nor Kyanq.
According to information received by 168.am, the governor received a call shortly before attending the wedding of the Prime Minister's bodyguard at the "Wonderful Garden" restaurant, informing him that the delegation led by the Prime Minister returning from Jermuk needed to be welcomed at the governor's office.
After this, he decided to quickly enter a village hair salon for a haircut. The hair salon employee explained that there were people waiting in line and politely apologized to the governor. Offended by the routine treatment he received, he left the salon speechless and upset, and after half an hour sent his driver to settle the bill with the hairdresser who had denied him service.
For the governor's honor, the hairdresser named Serob was beaten right at the entrance, and the assailant, a man named Armen Davtyan, who is reportedly not the driver but rather a brother, threatened Serob after the brawl, saying, "Every time you come to this village, you’ll get beaten again and leave."
However, as they say, "the movie doesn't end there"; seeking revenge, the governor also decided to close the hair salon. For several days now, the residents of the village, who have become accustomed to Serob's razors and scissors, have been sharing stories about the incident, astonished that Serob has not daring to set foot in Nor Kyanq due to fear.
