Unprecedented Large-Scale Military Exercises to Be Held in Armenia: Details
In a decision made during today's government meeting, it was announced that large-scale military exercises will take place from September 24 to October 5, marking an unprecedented scale in Armenia.
During the meeting, the Minister of Defense informed that a mobilization will also be organized during this time. In response to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's question, Davit Tonoyan noted that such scale of exercises have not been held in Armenia before. Nonetheless, he assured that Armenia will remain within the limits set by its international obligations, as defined by the Vienna Document.
The Prime Minister also added that citizens will likely see some parts of the events and expressed hope that reservists will be involved.
