Raids on David Grigoryan's Office Prohibited
The appeal by David Grigoryan's defense team has been accepted by the Court of Appeals, canceling the decision allowing a search of his office.
Georgi Melikyan, one of Grigoryan's attorneys, announced the ruling on his Facebook page, stating, "Today, the Court of Appeals granted the appeal in David Grigoryan's case and annulled the court's decision permitting the search. We are approaching accountability for those who ordered this."
It is worth noting that the Special Investigation Service had previously conducted a search of Judge David Grigoryan's office in Yerevan.
