Video: Defense Ministry Spokesman on Transporting Meat to Soldiers Under Unacceptable Conditions

A video has recently circulated on social media showing a Defense Ministry truck transporting meat, presumably for soldiers.

Aurora News contacted Defense Ministry spokesperson Arzrun Hovhannisyan to clarify the details.

“A service investigation has been initiated by the Minister of Defense of Armenia regarding the transportation of meat under unacceptable conditions and in violation of sanitary and hygienic standards. Those responsible will be held accountable. To prevent such incidents in the future, it is necessary to change the food supply regulations, which is being proposed,” Hovhannisyan stated in the video.
