To confirm this information, ArmLur.am spoke with Karen Poladyan, the head of the Judicial Department, who validated our findings. We also learned that the acting Attorney General has submitted a request to the Supreme Judicial Council regarding the initiation of criminal prosecution against him, and based on the law, the Council has suspended his powers.
As is known, a criminal case has been initiated against him based on a complaint from citizens.
