The former president of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union, Manvel Grigoryan, will remain in custody.
Judge Marine Melkonyan today once again rejected the motion of Grigoryan's defense to release him on bail for 10 million drams. This information was disclosed by Grigoryan's lawyer, Arsen Mkrtchyan, to reporters.
He noted that this time the court made a lawful decision, based on the fact that the case has been sent to court.
