During his speech in the National Assembly today, Gagik Tsarukyan not only spoke about imposing tariffs on Iranian cement but also addressed agriculture and necessary actions, criticizing the ruling side for accusations against him.
“Today they say, why aren’t you talking about agriculture? I am speaking very well, what have you done? I want to know something. Just tell me, has agriculture started, has sowing started? The people have neither fuel nor medicine nor seeds,” Tsarukyan said.
