Pashinyan Will Not Dismiss Sanasaryan as He Respects Presumption of Innocence: Vladimir Karapetyan
“Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has no intention and is not planning to dismiss the head of the State Oversight Service, Davit Sanasaryan, as he respects the presumption of innocence,” said the press secretary of the Prime Minister, Vladimir Karapetyan.
He added, “The Prime Minister has instructed Davit Sanasaryan to ensure the enforcement of the decision made on April 18, 2019, regarding the temporary suspension of the position of Major S. Voskanyan, the head of the second department of the investigative unit of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with part 2 of Article 152 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.”
