Anna Hakobyan Decides to Enter Big Politics?

'Haykakan Jamanak' reports that Anna Hakobyan, wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, has recently returned from a nearly 20-day visit to the USA, where she reportedly carried out maximum agenda plans, holding numerous meetings and raising substantial donations of around one million dollars.

The Armenian-American community has welcomed her with great enthusiasm, actively participating in her meetings, which included representatives from all diaspora parties, who usually avoid joint events.

The community has organized a large program, including walks and ceremonies, to ensure that the Prime Minister's wife returns from the USA satisfied. However, some political circles are surprised by this unprecedented activity of the Prime Minister's wife, which is typically not characteristic of first ladies, who usually accompany their husbands rather than embark on independent journeys.

This has led to speculations that Anna Hakobyan may be considering a move into high politics or pursuing a career following in the footsteps of Mehriban Aliyeva.

Sources inform us that during her meetings in Congress, she encountered almost the same individuals with whom Ararat Mirzoyan previously met, comprising mostly Democrats who are 'not favorites' of Trump, with only one Republican present. Notably, this situation has also raised eyebrows regarding her meetings in Congress. 'Could you imagine if, say, Rita Sargsyan or Lyudmila Ter-Petrosyan went to the USA and had meetings in Congress?' they asked us.

Additionally, it's worth noting that the work of Armenia's embassy in the USA was completely paralyzed for two weeks, as the ambassador was reportedly absent from the embassy, spending the entire day accompanying Anna Hakobyan.
