Araik Harutyunyan as a Candidate for the Position of Head of the CCC Council: Fact

The daily newspaper "Fact" reports that "the president of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Corps, Sasun Mikayelyan, who is also the chairman of the Civil Contract party's council, recently announced that he is preparing to resign from the position of head of the CCC Council with the intention of not politicizing the Yerkrapah. In turn, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has also stated that he does not intend to take on the presidency of the party.

“They say never say never. If you have noticed, since the day of the establishment of the CCC, I have never been a candidate for the position of head of the council. I hope I will not be. I believe there are dozens of people in our party who deserve that status,” said the Prime Minister.

According to the daily "Fact," at this moment, the name of the Minister of Education, Araik Harutyunyan, is being circulated as the most likely candidate for the position of head of the CCC Council.
