What Decision Was Made Regarding Alexander Sargsyan's Pretrial Restraint
The pretrial restraint for Alexander Sargsyan, brother of the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, who is accused of large-scale fraud, has been determined to be a signature not to leave the country. This was reported to NEWS.am by the press service of the National Security Service (NSS).
The NSS press service announced that during the investigation being conducted by the NSS investigative department, Alexander Sargsyan has been charged under Part 1 of Article 178 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to fraud committed in particularly large amounts.
The investigation of the case is ongoing.
