Baku and Yerevan Are Very Close to Signing a Peace Treaty: Aliyev
Baku and Yerevan are very close to signing a peace treaty. This was announced by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
“It is necessary to make changes to the Armenian Constitution, and this is fundamentally the whole issue. Yes, the text of the peace treaty can be pre-signed, and the Azerbaijani side has already put forward such a proposal in Abu Dhabi,” he said.
It is noteworthy that Aliyev also stated that Trump is doing significant work for the resolution of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
