When Will Negotiations on Ukraine's Security Guarantees Conclude?
Ukraine's agreements on bilateral guarantees from G7 countries will not be finalized any sooner than next year, as negotiations have just begun with the United States and the United Kingdom. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing sources.
Paris plans to hold the first round of talks with Kyiv on bilateral guarantees in the coming weeks, the newspaper stated, citing an anonymous French official.
Berlin is still working on the issue of what kind of assistance it can provide to Kyiv. The publication did not provide information on the negotiation plans of other G7 countries regarding bilateral guarantees.
