Video: Fuel Prices in Turkey Surge by Over 20 Percent
Fuel prices in Turkey have increased by more than 20 percent in one go. The decision to raise fuel prices was published in the Turkish government's announcement.
As of today, the price of gasoline has risen from 28 to 34 Turkish lira (approximately $1.30), while the cost of diesel fuel has gone up from 26 to 32 lira (about $1.22).
It is also noted that fuel prices in Turkey have risen by more than 60% since the beginning of this year.
