"We Are Concerned About Frequent Military Clashes" - Zakharova

Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, in response to journalist Haik Khalatyan's question about whether Russia is taking effective measures to prevent Azerbaijan's military provocations in Nagorno-Karabakh, which have resulted in 4 casualties on the Armenian side, stated:

“We are concerned about the violations of the ceasefire and the increasingly frequent military clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh. We urge both sides to exercise restraint and resolve all issues peacefully, with the mediation of the Russian peacekeepers’ command. We believe that the unblocking of the Lachin corridor will contribute to the de-escalation of the situation.”
