"There is no justification for violence" - Toivo Klaar writes
European Union Special Representative Toivo Klaar is concerned about the recent tragic confrontation in Nagorno-Karabakh and the new reports of gunfire.
"There is no justification for violence. All issues must be resolved only through negotiations. The region has suffered significantly from military operations. Now it is time to work together for sustainable and just peace," he wrote on his Twitter microblog.
