Video: He Himself Proposed Bombing Belgrade: Rogozin Publishes Biden's Speech from 1999

Dmitry Rogozin has published a 1999 video in which the current President of the United States, Joe Biden, states that he himself proposed bombing Belgrade. "On the edge of his grave, this bloody old man must remember his crimes, the thousands of peaceful people he has killed," wrote Dmitry Rogozin, the head of Roscosmos, alongside the video.

"I proposed bombing Belgrade. I suggested sending American pilots to bomb all the bridges over the Danube. I proposed seizing their oil reserves. I proposed very specific actions," Biden says in the 1999 video.
