Video: A secret observation post has been set up in front of my house, says Vanyetzyan

I told journalists months ago that I have concrete evidence that the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Armenia are monitoring me, my family members, and even listening to my underage children's phones. Now I confidently say - let them deny it, and I will present evidence.

This was stated today, November 25, during a press conference by the head of the "Honorary Title" faction of the National Assembly and former head of the NSS, Arthur Vanyetzyan.

"There is a secret observation post installed in front of my personal home, where they are watching who comes to our house, who leaves our house. They follow the visitors to our home, starting to find out who they are, what they do, and what they are engaged in, beginning to monitor that person. This is how they treat any guest. There are also similar closed observation posts in front of the 'Homeland' Foundation and my office. People from the external monitoring service constantly circled around me," he noted.

Vanyetzyan pointed out the absurdity of the situation, saying, "The absurd thing is that they place external surveillance behind me and think I won’t know or notice. After all, I know those guys; I know those cars, and I am familiar with their work methods and means," he said.

He added that he does not believe that only he is being followed. "In my opinion, these authorities are doing one thing with all their steps - trying to maintain their power," said the opposition parliamentarian.
