Talking about the Corridor is Even Unnecessary: Government Responds to Fake News in Azerbaijani Media
The Armenian government’s stance on the so-called ‘Zangezur Corridor’ remains unchanged. In an exclusive interview with ‘Haykakan Jamanak,’ officials from the government stated, ‘It is even unnecessary to talk about the corridor; it will not happen. The Armenian government, remaining true to its principles, considers it unnecessary to comment on the discussions about the so-called corridor circulating in the media.’
It should be noted that since this morning, Azerbaijani media outlets have started circulating false news regarding the purported ‘Zangezur Corridor.’ Citing their Telegram channels, these media report that a new tripartite agreement is set to be signed between Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia, and that this document pertains to the ‘Zangezur Corridor.’
