Armenian Citizen to be Transferred to Artsakh Law Enforcement in Coming Hours: Human Rights Defender
In connection with the incident recorded this morning in the Shushi section of the Stepanakert-Berdzor interstate road, an Armenian citizen is currently at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping forces. Discussions with the Russian side have clarified that the citizen was taken for security reasons and will be handed over to the Artsakh law enforcement authorities in the coming hours.
The Office of the Human Rights Defender will visit the citizen to provide necessary legal support.
