Papikyan is Actively Touring Regions with Two Objectives

The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, Suren Papikyan, is actively touring the regions. His Facebook page features daily videos and updates about the construction of new canals in one community, the renovation of old canals in another, and the building of kindergartens in yet another.

Papikyan is traveling to the provinces via the country’s devastated roads with two purposes in mind. The first is electoral. It is evident that the entire team loyal to Pashinyan has already actively commenced their election campaign, in blatant violation of the law, employing the extensive use of administrative resources under the guise of official visits.

The main burden falls on Papikyan, who will be the head of the campaign headquarters and is responsible for ensuring an audience for Pashinyan’s rallies.
