Lavrov Discusses Secrets of Tripartite Agreement and Prisoners
The tripartite statement that ended the 44-day war in Artsakh, signed on November 9, does not contain any secret appendices. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"There is no secret appendage. I do not see what topics could be subject to secrecy," Lavrov said during a press conference.
Regarding the issue of prisoners, Lavrov mentioned that military personnel from Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan are currently verifying the lists of prisoners for an exchange to take place.
