Artsakh Government Provides Compensation for Utility Services
The Artsakh government is providing support for compensation of utility services for the months of December 2020 and all of 2021.
According to a report from the Artsakh Ministry of Economy and Production Infrastructure, the maximum amount of support per resident-subscriber for December 2020 and throughout 2021 is set as follows:
- For mobile communication services provided in the territories of the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia: up to 180 minutes and up to 50 SMS messages.
- For internet connection services: up to 1 Mbps speed.
- For December 2020 and January, February, March, and December 2021:
- For natural gas consumption: up to 180 cubic meters inclusive.
- For electricity consumption: up to 500 kWh inclusive.
- For April, May, September, October, and November 2021:
- For natural gas consumption: up to 120 cubic meters inclusive.
- For electricity consumption: up to 400 kWh inclusive.
- For June, July, and August 2021:
- For natural gas consumption: up to 60 cubic meters inclusive.
- For electricity consumption: up to 300 kWh inclusive.
Beneficiaries of this initiative are Artsakh resident-subscribers who have signed contracts for the supply of natural gas, electricity, mobile services, and internet services.
