In Armenia, During Alerts, Everyone Goes Outside to See What Happened, Says Minister of Education
The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, made a post on his Facebook page urging people to follow the rules set by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He stated, “They say that when an explosion occurs in any part of the world or an alert is declared, people hide and know the rules of hiding. However, in Armenia, during an alert, everyone goes out into the streets to see what happened. We don't want to miss the events, do we?
Please follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and refrain from taking matters into your own hands. Stay safe!”
