France's Limoges Recognizes the Independence of Artsakh
France's Limoges City Council voted unanimously on Thursday, October 15, in favor of recognizing the independence of Artsakh. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, Masis Mayilyan, on his Facebook page.
“The document contains, among other things, the following message: ‘Recognition of the Republic of Artsakh by France is a guarantee of the security of its population, as well as regional and global stability.’ Thus, Limoges becomes the second city in France to recognize the independence of Artsakh, following Alfortville, and the first in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region,” Mayilyan wrote.
