Armenia has sent soldiers to Moscow at the initiative of Russia to discuss ceasefire maintenance mechanisms in Nagorno-Karabakh with representatives of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense. However, Baku has refused to participate, Armenian Prime Minister's press secretary Mane Gevorgyan reported to the Russian TASS agency.
Recall that on September 27, Azerbaijani armed forces launched a large-scale attack in Artsakh, targeting even civilian populations.
