Administrative Arrests of 252 Individuals for Gathering Near NSS Building

The Police have issued a statement announcing that assemblies are prohibited throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

“On June 14, a group of individuals organized and held a gathering in front of the administrative building of the NSS, ignoring the ban on gatherings. As of 22:00, administrative arrests were made of 252 individuals. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the intentional organization and holding of a gathering in violation of established legal procedures,” the statement reads.
