Defense Requests Postponement of Court Hearing for Serzh Sargsyan

The defense of the third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, represented by Amram Makinyan, has submitted a request to postpone the court hearing scheduled for May 21 at 15:00, involving the participation of the former president. This information was revealed in a post by Amram Makinyan on Facebook.

“Dear friends, journalists, due to the escalating epidemic situation in the Republic of Armenia, I have submitted a request to the first instance court of Yerevan to postpone the hearing set for May 21 at 15:00, which involves the participation of the third president of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Azati Sargsyan. We will inform you about the new date and time for the next court hearing,” Makinyan wrote.
