Gohar Panajyan, Advisor to Minister Arsen Torosyan, Has Passed Away
Gohar Panajyan, an advisor to the Minister of Health of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, has passed away. This was reported by her husband, Varuzhan Mardanyan.
“After a prolonged illness, Gohar has left us today, taking with her a heart full of unfulfilled dreams,” her husband wrote on his social media page.
