Opportunity for loan holidays exists in Artsakh. This was stated today, April 14, during a conversation with journalists after participating in the presidential election voting in Artsakh by the Minister of State, Grigori Martirosyan.

He reminded that the financial systems of Artsakh and Armenia form one integrated system. “This means that branches of Armenian banks operate in Artsakh and are guided by the general regulations of the Central Bank. In this regard, we are in a unified field. Secondly, through state lending institutions, for example, through the Artsakh Investment Fund, and the Agriculture and Rural Development Fund, we have already made that decision and created the opportunity for our economic agents to benefit from the loan holidays,” emphasized the Minister of State.
