State Revenue Committee on Income Tax Refund for Mortgage Holders

The State Revenue Committee has announced that, in addition to the statement published on March 31, borrowers (co-borrowers) applying for a refund of income tax paid on amounts spent for servicing their mortgage loans should also submit a certificate regarding the paid interest amounts from financial institutions (if these are not provided by the institutions themselves) when filing their applications electronically with the tax authority.
